Les Vergers de Ducy

What fruit do you think when we talk about Normandy? Certainly the apple. Le Verger de Ducy is a family farm offering apple products such as apple juice, cider, apple cider vinegar, apple jelly, Pommeau de Normandie and Calvados. Located in the Bessin, the Domaine de la Flaguerie - which is at the origin of the Ducy orchards - has existed since 1835.

Since 1998, the orchards of the estate are in organic farming and it is open all year.

From October to March, the opening hours are from 9h to 12h30 and 14h to 18h except Sunday. Guided tours are by reservation.

From April to September, the opening hours are from 9h to 12h30 and 14h to 19h. Guided tours are possible every day at 10:30 and 15:30.

Visits are free with tasting and sale of products. Come visit this family farm to discover the passion of its owners.

The farm of Haizerie

It's not a farm like the others. The farm Haizerie is a dairy, grain and livestock. The activities of the farm have been diversified to promote the raw materials from an agricultural point of view but also to fight against any form of exclusion from a social point of view. For example, since 2010, workers suffering from psychological disorders and recognized as having a disability work on homemade ice cream and are accompanied by a manager.

This farm is appreciated! She supplies her store La Fosse, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition to traditional ice creams and sorbets, for those who like originality, special ice creams are proposed: with mustard, pepper or camembert ... What to rediscover his palate! There are also ranges without sugar. Verrines and iced cakes are also made on the site.

Artisanal and made to the rhythm of the seasons as far as possible, the products from this atypical farm make you want to come and the taste to return!

Isigny caramels

Caramel, who does not know? With the years, the packaging exists in different aspects: in lollipop, in cream, in grout, in shine, in powder, in foil or simply square. The aromas of caramel change from one place to another and those of Isigny are recognizable.

Note: The caramel is protected from moisture and heat. Its manufacture has been regulated since 1910.

What about Isigny's caramels? The first caramel sweets in Isigny appeared in 1932 with Establishments Galliot. With its good taste of milk and butter, this candy brings notes of sweets for all generations. And it's all a job! A know-how is essential to master the making of caramel including various recipes but also cooking.

Choose your caramel: calvados, salted butter Guérande IGP, vanilla, coffee, Isigny butter PDO, Périgord walnut ... You can also taste several if you can not get to you decide!
