After a busy day exploring Normandy, enjoy a moment of pleasure with dinner in the lounges of the château or on the sunny terrace.
Our chef Frédéric serves up homemade cuisine using locally-sourced and Norman ingredients.
The authentic cuisine varies in line with the seasons, and aims to offer you something delectable within a relaxed atmosphere.
The vegetables primarily come from our permaculture vegetable garden, the eggs from our henhouse, the yoghurt from the organic farm, and the ice cream from the farm.
Only open in the evening and EXCLUSIVELY for hotel guests.
Our restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays until 29 March.
Want to enjoy a spot of relaxation whatever the time of year at our hotel? The bar at the Château Saint-Gilles is the perfect place to sit down and socialise over a house cocktail.
In the warmer months, the sunny terrace provides the perfect setting for relaxing, all with the park as a backdrop.
When it’s cooler, head inside into the lounge close to the fireplace with its pleasant, peaceful atmosphere.
As the first meal of the day, breakfast is a must if you want to set off and explore Normandy on the right foot. So nothing could be better than starting the morning with a complete and varied breakfast in a colourful, welcoming environment.
Here you’ll find quality products from our orchard, local producers and surrounding farms. Enjoy the likes of homemade jams, fruit (fresh and dried), yoghurts (plain and fruit-flavoured), bread, pastries, different breakfast cereals, fresh fruit juice, milk, hot drinks, cheese, ham, and eggs.
Relive the taste of childhood and happy days with our take-away picnics, which you can enjoy wherever you go.
You’ll be able to enjoy your picnic on one of your day trips, or onsite within the château grounds under the shade of the century-old trees or on the fresh grass of our meadow.
